Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be proceeded by The Kirkin of Tartan at 1:30pm.

Current nominations for 2025/2026 Board will be read and voted on at the Annual General Meeting.
Nominations must be made in advance of the Annual General Meeting and can be made by sending an e-mail to the Chieftain at lundiemacduff@gmail.com or by mailing in the nomination to the San Diego Scottish Highland Games, Inc., P. O. Box 710593, Santee, CA 92072. Nominations must be received by November 7th 2025. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
Regular membership year is from September 1 through August 31. You must be a current member to vote. If you have not paid your membership dues, you can mail checks to San Diego Scottish Highland Games, Inc.,
P. O. Box 710593, Santee, CA 92072, pay online at www.sdhighlandgames.org, or bring your membership check to the Annual General Meeting. Single membership: $20 (benefit: $5 discount voucher for use at the information booth at the SD Highland Games or toward the cost of events throughout the year.). Family membership: $35 (benefit: two $5 discount vouchers for use at the information booth at the SD Highland Games). We thank you for your support. We also have sponsorships available. Sponsorships include membership. Please see reverse side of this letter if you are interested in sponsoring the Games.
