Is Smoking allowed?

The Vista Municipal Code, section  8.12.010 prohibits smoking in public places, which would include Brengle Terrace Park.  Vista Municipal Code, Section 8.12.020 includes in the definition of smoking an activated or functioning electronic or battery operated device, the use of which may resemble smoking (commonly known as vaping).  Therefore, smoking or vaping is prohibited within 50 feet of Brengle Terrace Park.
